Job Description :

Dig Solutions is seeking a skilled Sign Installer to join our team. The Sign Installer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of signs for various clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sign installation, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities :

• Must possess a valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Emphasis on safety and quality assurance.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Operate power / hand tools including but not limited to saws, drills, welders, torches, etc.
• Electrical knowledge to run electrical conduit and pull wire.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Conduct surveys - obtaining photos, exact measurements and site evaluation.
• Transport signs : Use large trucks and trailers to transport signs and structures.
• Prepare signs : Prepare each sign for mounting.
• Install signs : Install signs in accordance with all safety protocols.
• Maintain signs : Perform repairs and maintenance on existing signs.
• Other responsibilities may include maintaining a clean and safe work area, following company safety procedures and policies, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining customer information confidentiality.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sign installation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
